What’s the number of guests we can have at a party?
Racing Zone -The ideal number of racers is 15 that way the birthday child can race the whole time and the other guests alternate on the other 7 simulators. Of course you can invite fewer guests and each guest will get to race in more races. A charge of $20/person will be added if the number of children exceeds 18. Max = 22.
Fairyland -The ideal number of children is 16 as we have 16 beanbags in the room. Of course you can have fewer guests if you want a more intimate experience. A charge of $20/person will be added if the number of children exceeds 18. Max = 22.
Crime Division -The ideal number of children is 16 or fewer. The game is designed to have 8 teams of 2 and we can accommodate fewer guests. A charge of $20/person will be added if the number of children exceeds 18. Max = 20.

Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you may bring in any type food you want, however if Pizza is ordered, it must be from our Pizza Partner. A $25 fee will be added to your total if Pizza is brought in from any other provider. We ask that in consideration of guests that may have a nut allergy that you refrain from brining nuts into the facility.
Do you have a recommendation for where to get an amazing Cake or Cupcakes?
Yes, we recommend OC Cakes and Cookies. They have themed cupcakes and Cakes that fit perfectly with our Party Themes. Best of all - they offer FREE Delivery with every order, one less thing for you to have to remember on the big day!
How do I Schedule a Party?
Parties can be scheduled in person or over the phone. We take a $100 deposit to hold the time spot for you. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Do Parents have to attend the party?
That is entirely up to you and your guests parents. A staff member will be with the children during the party and the Party Host must be there for the duration of the party. We recommend that if your guests parents do drop off that the birthday childs parents get thier cellphone number, just in case.
Will I have to remove my shoes?
Absolutely Not, we love shoes as much as the next person and do not feel you should ever be separated from your shoes during a party. Shoes are mandatory. Socks Optional. Fun Guaranteed.
Do you have a refrigerator for the food items
Yes, we have a refrigerator and freezer to store your food items, if needed.
Do I need to bring plates, cups and plasticware for the kids?
No, each room already has plates, cups, napkins, plastic ware. If you want to have a specific theme, you are welcome to bring your own items. We do not have serving utensils or a cake knife/cutter, so please remember to bring those. We have a lighter/matches.
Can We Bring in Special Decorations?
Yes, all of our party rooms are decorated in the party theme already, if you have a special decoration you would like to have for your party you are welcome to bring them. Confetti, silly string or any decorations that are difficult to clean up after are not allowed. If these items, or any other item that requires extra cleaning, are brought in a $50 charge will be added to your total.
Do you have a water fountain?
No, we do have bottled water for sale at $1/bottle. You are welcome to bring in your own water.
Will you call us to confirm the party?
Yes, we will call you one or two days prior to your party to get your RSVP count and food orders. At that time we will also check to see if there are any additional items you might want to add such as goodie bags and balloons.
How long is each party?
Each party is 2 hours and is divided up between the main party area and the main themed eating room. If you would like additional time in the party room or to have the party in more than one room we would be happy to schedule that for you at the time of booking.
What time do we need to arrive for the party?
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your party time. You are welcome to arrive earlier, however, if there is a party before yours then we may still be cleaning and getting ready for your party and you will have to wait in the waiting area.
What is your Cancellation Policy
The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled more than 2 weeks from the party date. Unfortunately his also applies to last minute cancellations due to illness.
Can I have a Party in Multiple Rooms, or Rent the Whole Facility for a Private Party or Event?
Yes, We would love to talk to you more about your special plans. We have had team sports end of year parties, scouts celebration parties, over the top birthday parties and even an awards show. We would love to add your party to the list, please call or visit us to talk to our party planners to plan your special event.
May we Tip the Staff Members?
Yes, Gratuities are always appreciated by the staff and are a nice way to say Thank You for the help.
We suggest you remind your guests to be on time for the party as the activities are designed to be started as a group. We also ask that in consideration of the birthday party that is scheduled after yours that you exit the party room at the scheduled time. If you would like additional time in the party room we would be happy to schedule that for you at the time of booking.
