Birthday Party Services

All parties are 2 hours long with time spent in both the private activity and the adjacent private eating area.   All parties include time in the activity and eating areas, a staff member to lead the party and cleanup after, paper cups, plates, napkins and themed birthday party invitations. We can also provide goodie bags, balloons, face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon twisting, tiaras, wings, halos, flower wands, detective hats and more. We can also schedule additional time for you and your guests in the party or activity room, schedule your party with multiple activities or rent out the whole facility for a private party or fundraising event, please inquire about availability.
One staff member will be with your party the whole time to make sure that you and the children have the best birthday party experience. Staff will gladly help bring your items to and from the car, and help you load up the presents. And the best part? Our staff will do all the cleanup as you drive off and enjoy the rest of the day!

In order to provide the best guest experience for all of our guests we ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes early and that your guests arrive at the scheduled time.  All activities are best started as a group when all the kids have arrived so for the best experience we prefer not to start the activity until all guests have arrived and checked in.  We also ask that in consideration of the birthday party that is scheduled after yours that you exit the party room exactly at the scheduled time.  If you would like additional time in the party room we would be happy to schedule that for you at the time of booking.

When the children arrive, we check them in, have an adult sign the waiver and give the kids a wristband. If a child brought a gift, we will keep them in a safe place for the duration of the party. When all the kids arrive we start the activity and the parents can either be in the room with the children or in the parent waiting area that has cameras with live feeds of the rooms so you can keep an eye on your children while chatting with other parents. 

After the activity the children then go to the themed eating area to enjoy the food and drinks you arrange.

Food Policy You can bring any food you want into the facility, however if you bring Pizza, it must be from our Pizza Partner. We will take the order when we confirm the party and it will be delivered on time for your party. A $25 charge will be added to your bill if you bring in Pizza from any other provider.

After eating, the guests will sing Happy Birthday to the Birthday child and cake will be served.

WowZville Party Tip: Always serve Cake at the end of a Child's Party. The kids will not be able to focus on any activities or games right after they have cake. We also recommend that if you have goodie bags, that you pass them out as the guests are leaving and that they open them in the car or at home (if possible). We throw a lot of parties and I can tell you that some kids "goodies" end up accidentally forgotten because they took them out of the bag. And we want the little ones to enjoy all of the goodies they are given.
